On a fine afternoon in Kolkata it was raining heavily. The employees in the hotel were doing their work. Suddenly lots of card boards & pipes start arriving in a cart. Everyone is puzzled as to what is going on. There's a fine looking gentleman smiling in the distance at this scene. His eyes were shining bright from under the spectacles he was wearing. It was as if he knew everything, like he could visualize it all.
Soon the corporate team arrived in the banquet of Taj The Gateway EM Bypass. The gentleman was ready to begin, he introduced himself on mic. "Good afternoon ladies & gents this is Nitish Sharma from TeamWork India. It makes me happy to be talking to you all. I am going to conduct this session of togetherness. But I won't be alone." Soon he started the session with some ice breaking activities to make the attendees feel comfortable.Later on Nitish Sharma introduced another gem into the session.
Gaurav Sharma! It was now his time to shine on. He started with the activities which were full of frolic yet brought out leadership qualities in group members. The group of Mondelez were having the time of their life.
Then came the time of executing Jeep 4x4 Activity. All the employees were curious & eager to take part in the said activity. Both Nitish & Gaurav explained all the rules & regulations carefully. They also handed out Blueprints to help complete the task. After proactively helping all the employees, the moment came. In this moment one team emerged as winner. Here's a pic of the winning moment.
